So, incase anyone may have missed it, 2015 is officially over, and actually has been for a few days now. With the end of every year it gives all of us across the blog-o-sphere an opportunity to stitch together a whole bunch articles that we can then toss back out over the coming weeks with titles, words and phrases like “Re-Visited” and “A Look Back At”. We by no means avoid this questionable practice ourselves and embrace it wholeheartedly.
Taking a quick look back on some of the diet and health trends that we’ve spotted, to be frank, not all that much has really changed, is it possible we’re finally running out of oddball new foods and combinations of ingredients to call a “cleanse”? Are we finally moving away from strange diet concoctions that we can throw in to a blender? Maybe.
If nothing else we all learn from repetition, so maybe giving our two cents on each of these strategies will at least keep us all focused with our eyes on the prize, how to live healthy and be the very best that we can be. If we can leave you with that take away, and give you that food for thought (pun intended) then we’ve almost certainly done some of our job.
